CCPlay(이하 「앱」)는 이용자의 개인정보를 중요하게 생각합니다.
본 방침은 앱이 어떤 정보를 수집·이용·보관하는지 설명합니다.
1. 수집하는 정보

2. 수집하지 않는 정보
- 앱은 Google 로그인·이름·이메일·전화번호를 요구하지 않습니다. 블로그 문의 폼에서 이름·이메일은 선택입니다.
- 브라우징 방문 기록·쿠키·자동완성을 영구 저장하지 않는 것을 지향합니다. (앱 종료 시 삭제 설정 기본값)
- 음성·영상 원본 파일을 당사 서버에 영구 저장하지 않습니다.
2-1. 실시간 자막(CC) 처리 — 클라우드 STT(Soniox)
- CC를 켜면 캡처된 오디오 스트림이 실시간 음성 인식·번역을 위해 Soniox(클라우드 STT)로 전송됩니다.
- 연결은 당사 서버가 발급한 임시 API 키로 이루어지며, 마스터 키는 앱에 포함되지 않습니다.
- 인식·번역 결과는 화면에 자막으로 표시되며, CCPlay 서버에 음성 원본을 영구 저장하지 않는 것을 지향합니다.
- 이용 시간·구독·이용권 잔여는 권한 API(Google Cloud)에 집계될 수 있습니다.
3. 정보의 보관 및 전송
- 이용 권한·사용량·구독 상태는 Google Cloud Run 서버(아시아 리전)에 저장될 수 있습니다.
- 전송 구간은 HTTPS/WSS로 암호화됩니다.
- 서버 데이터는 이용 권한 관리 목적에 필요한 최소한만 보관합니다.
4. 제3자 제공 및 위탁
- Google Play: 앱 배포·구독·이용권 결제·무결성 검증
- Google Cloud: 이용 권한 API 호스팅
- Soniox: 실시간 음성 인식·번역(CC 사용 시 오디오 스트림 처리)
- Sentry: 크래시·ANR 등 앱 오류 진단(해외 서버로 진단 정보가 전송될 수 있음)
- Notion: 블로그 문의 내용을 기록·처리(이용자가 문의를 보낸 경우에 한함)
위 서비스는 각 사업자의 정책에 따릅니다. CCPlay는 이용자 개인을 식별하는 정보를 제3자에게 판매하지 않습니다.
5. 이용자의 권리
- 앱 삭제 시 기기에 저장된 설정·즐겨찾기는 함께 삭제됩니다.
- 서버에 저장된 이용 정보 삭제 요청: 아래 데이터 삭제 요청 또는 mimi910919@gmail.com
- Plus 구독 해지·환불은 Google Play 정책 및 Play 스토어 구독 관리에서 처리합니다.

이용자는 아래 절차로 서버에 저장된 데이터 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.
- 이메일 보내기: mimi910919@gmail.com 으로 제목 「CCPlay 데이터 삭제 요청」을 적어 보냅니다.
- 확인: 개발자가 요청 사실을 확인합니다. (필요 시 앱 패키지명
com.ccplay.app 및 요청 일시를 함께 적어 주세요.)
- 삭제 처리: 확인 후 30일 이내 서버에서 해당 기기의 이용 권한·사용량·구독 연동 정보를 삭제합니다.
- 완료 안내: 처리가 끝나면 이메일로 회신합니다.
삭제되는 데이터 (서버)
- 익명 device_id(기기 식별 해시)
- CC 사용 시간(일·월)·이용권·구독 잔여
- Plus 구독 상태·구매 토큰 연동 정보
- 블로그 문의에서 제출한 이름·이메일·내용(해당 기록이 있는 경우)
삭제되지 않거나 서버에 없는 데이터
- 음성·영상·자막 원문(기본): 서버에 영구 저장하지 않으므로 삭제 대상이 아닙니다. Soniox로 전송된 오디오·인식 결과도 당사 서버에 영구 보관하지 않는 것을 지향합니다.
- 이름·이메일·전화번호: 앱은 수집하지 않습니다. 블로그 문의에서 제출한 이름·이메일은 삭제 요청 시 문의 기록과 함께 삭제합니다.
- 기기 내 설정·즐겨찾기: 앱 삭제(제거) 시 기기에서 삭제됩니다. 별도 서버 보관 없음.
- Google Play 결제·구독 기록: Google이 보관합니다. 해지·환불은 Play 스토어 구독 관리에서 처리합니다.
- Sentry 크래시 진단 기록: 보관 기간은 Sentry 정책에 따릅니다. 삭제 요청 시 가능 범위에서 협조합니다.
- 법령상 보관이 필요한 경우: 관련 법령에 따라 최소한만 별도 보관할 수 있습니다.
보관 기간 (삭제 요청 전)
서버 데이터는 이용 권한·일일 한도·구독 확인 목적으로 서비스 이용 기간 동안 보관됩니다.
삭제 요청이 접수되면 위 절차에 따라 삭제하며, 삭제 후에는 복구하지 않습니다.
6. 아동
앱은 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 해당 연령의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다.
7. 방침 변경
법령·서비스 변경 시 본 페이지를 갱신합니다. 중요한 변경은 앱 또는 스토어를 통해 안내할 수 있습니다.

CCPlay (the “App”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information the App collects, uses, and stores.

2. Information we do not collect
- The App does not require Google sign-in, name, email, or phone number. Name and email on the blog contact form are optional.
- We aim not to persist browsing history, cookies, or autofill data. (Clear-on-exit is enabled by default.)
- We do not permanently store raw audio or video files on CCPlay servers.
2-1. Live captions (CC) — cloud STT (Soniox)
- When CC is on, the captured audio stream is sent to Soniox for real-time speech recognition and translation.
- The connection uses a temporary API key issued by our server; the master key is not embedded in the app.
- Recognition/translation results are shown as captions. We aim not to permanently store raw audio on CCPlay servers.
- Usage time, subscription, and pass balances may be aggregated by our entitlement API (Google Cloud).
3. Storage and transmission
- Entitlement, usage, and subscription data may be stored on Google Cloud Run (Asia region).
- Data in transit is encrypted via HTTPS/WSS.
- Server data is kept only to the minimum needed for entitlement management.
4. Third-party services
- Google Play: distribution, subscriptions, time passes, integrity checks
- Google Cloud: entitlement API hosting
- Soniox: real-time speech recognition and translation (audio stream while CC is on)
- Sentry: crash/ANR diagnostics (diagnostic data may be processed on servers outside your country)
- Notion: storing and handling blog contact messages (only if you submit the form)
These services are governed by their respective policies. CCPlay does not sell personally identifiable information to third parties.
5. Your rights
- Uninstalling the App removes on-device settings and favorites.

- Plus cancellation and refunds are handled via Google Play and Play Store subscription settings.

You may request deletion of data stored on our servers as follows.
- Send an email to mimi910919@gmail.com with the subject line “CCPlay Data Deletion Request”.
- Verification: We confirm the request. (Please include package name
com.ccplay.app and the date of your request if possible.)
- Deletion: Within 30 days of confirmation, we delete that device’s entitlement, usage, and subscription linkage data from our servers.
- Confirmation: We reply by email when processing is complete.
Data deleted (server)
- Anonymous device_id (device identifier hash)
- CC usage duration (daily/monthly); pass and subscription remaining time
- Plus subscription status and purchase-token linkage
- Name, email, and message submitted via the blog contact form, if any
Data not deleted or not stored on our servers
- Raw audio, video, or subtitle text (default): not permanently stored on our servers. Audio and recognition results sent to Soniox are also not intended for permanent storage on our servers.
- Name, email, phone number: not collected by the App. Name and email submitted on the blog contact form are deleted with that inquiry if you request deletion.
- On-device settings and favorites: removed when you uninstall the App; not stored on our servers.
- Google Play billing and subscription records: retained by Google; manage cancellation in Play Store.
- Sentry crash diagnostics: retention follows Sentry’s policies; we will cooperate with deletion requests where feasible.
- Legal retention: we may retain the minimum required by applicable law.
Retention period (before a deletion request)
Server data is kept while you use the service for entitlement, daily limits, and subscription verification.
After a verified deletion request, data is deleted as above and is not restored.
6. Children
The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
7. Changes
We may update this page when laws or the service change. Material changes may be communicated via the App or store listing.
